How to Use
1
Enter basic info: Enter the year-month and employee name
Upload image: Drag & drop or use file select to upload the image
4
Run OCR: Click the "Upload & Run OCR" button — AI reads the timecard in 10–30 seconds
Most timecards are double-sided. Upload "Front" and "Back" separately in two uploads.
Timecards with highlighter markers (yellow, pink, green, orange) can be read without issues. AI automatically removes highlighter colors before OCR processing, so there is no need to erase markers beforehand.
Any standard timecard works. As long as the date, clock-in time, and clock-out time are written, both handwritten and printed cards can be read.
The dashboard shows the following information: • This month’s timecard count (uploaded sheets) • Registered employee count (active) • Sheets pending OCR • Trial days remaining (if on trial) • Recent import history (employee name, year-month, OCR status, confidence)
Shortcuts at the bottom: "Upload Timesheet," "Approve," "Employees," "Reports."
A screen showing each employee’s monthly attendance data in a list. Accessible from the "Monthly Employee View" tab in Attendance.
• Clock-in/out data listed by employee and month • Automatic duplicate/missing punch detection • Monthly total work hours, overtime, and night-work summary
Yes. In the OCR result detail screen, click "View Original Image" to see the uploaded source image. You can zoom in and out with pinch or mouse wheel — useful for checking handwriting.
Bulk Upload NEW
A feature for uploading multiple employees’ timecard images at once and processing them in one go — eliminating the need to upload photos taken at the site one by one. Access via the "Bulk Upload" tab in Attendance. Auto name detection is always on: AI reads names from timecards and matches them to the employee master.
1
Select the "Bulk Upload" tab in Attendance
2
Set the year-month and page type (Front / Back / Full) — these settings apply to all files
3
Drag & drop or click to select multiple image files
4
Click "Start Batch Processing" — up to 3 files are processed simultaneously
5
When all statuses show "Done," processing is complete. The sheet list auto-refreshes.
If uploading both front (1st–15th) and back (16th–end), run two separate uploads with different page types.
The sheet list can be filtered by month using the "Show month" selector. Click the "All" button to display sheets from all periods at once.

Error
Processing failed. Check the error message.
Delete errored files with the "×" button, fix the image, then re-add and process.
• In bulk mode, auto name detection is always ON. AI reads the name written on the timecard and auto-matches it to the employee master.
• If the name is already in the master: linked automatically • If the name is not yet registered: saved as "Pending Employee" — approve or reject in Employee Management
For manual employee selection on a per-upload basis, use the "Single Upload" tab.
⚠️ Important: Write the employee name on BOTH sides of double-sided timecards
In bulk upload, AI automatically identifies employees based on the name written on each image. If the employee name is not written on the back side, the system cannot determine whose timecard it is — it may be linked to the wrong employee or saved as an "Unregistered Employee," which may count toward billing.

Required info
Notes
Front (1st–15th)
Name · Year-month · Attendance records
The name field is usually at the top of the timecard
Back (16th–end)

Make sure to write the name on the back side too
If the back side has no name
A
Write the name by hand on the back side before photographing (recommended)
B
Skip bulk upload and use the "Single Upload" tab to manually select the employee
Billing note: Images where the name could not be identified are processed as "Unregistered Employees." Go to Employee Management to re-link to the correct employee, or reject. Even if rejected, the OCR processing for that month counts as one use.

4
